Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Moon Crystals cure. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Free Shipping on Order Over $100

Free shipping is only available for orders that will be deliver to U.S. addresses within the 50 states. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped. If you are an international costumer, you'll be receiving a 10% off coupon on orders over $100 (please contact us for code). We reserve the right to cancel free shipping at any time.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via USPS withing 3 business days of your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. 

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have place it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive your email with your shipment notification and tracking number.

If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping Policy

Please note, that you, the buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duties, taxes, handling fees, custom clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimated of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please due your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through costumes and have an idea of what the costs would be. Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as "gift" or with altered prices. International orders may require 3-5 for processing time. Orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL).
